How We Protect Your Account Under These Terms

Identity verification

Before your first withdrawal, we ask for photo ID and proof of address. This protects your funds and keeps your account compliant with local financial rules. Your documents are encrypted and stored separately from your gameplay data.

Data retention

We keep your account records, transaction history and deposits for the duration of your account plus seven years after closure, unless local law requires otherwise. You can request a data export through your account settings anytime.

Password and session security

Your login credentials are hashed using industry-standard encryption. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity for your safety. Two-factor authentication is available in account settings.

Payment method changes

Withdrawal dispute process
